About Us

AG Systems was born due to the instability of our South African electrical grid. Due to the continuing degradation of the grid and ever-increasing tariffs from Eskom, Eskom is becoming more and more unreliable. Therefore, AG Systems decided to combat this issue in South Africa by providing its residents with alternative solutions in solar and battery backup systems, reducing our electrical bill and avoiding any loss of power. In a post pandemic world many of us find ourselves working from home more. We cannot afford to have no power whether we are working from home, in the office or asleep at night with no security system. In today’s age we believe electricity is a basic human right and so we strive to give that right to each and every person in this country.

Although load shedding is the main drive for people installing solar systems, AG Systems is also focused on reducing emission from burning fossil fuels. Our goal is to install as many solar systems as we can to give all South Africans the chance to contribute to the effort and reduce their eco foot print on the world helping us turn back the clock on global warming.
